Can the group discuss what caused the whirring sound?
well, to the question to me, i think the aleuts just wanted to gain something but taking the otters was their main motive.Well,I think their actins are just cruel in killing innocent lifes.Well,as for another question, I think Karana was both sad and angry with the aleuts. She would think that her father should also heed her advice orelse such things would not have happen.
To the question:
the aleuts wants to gain something so that they will not waste the trips and the otters were precious because they could be made into precious things and they will get many advantages from it.
