Karana did not kill the dogs even though they killed her brother.She forgived them.Even though Ramo had caused Karana miss the ship...Karana did forgive him in some kind of way....Tuok was differnent from the other aleuts who came..She was much more friendly.When karana told the secrect name to Tuok..it showed the forgiveness...

What do you mean by she forgave him in some way? Can you share with us how do you know that she loves her brother dearly? Who else did she forgive in the story? Why is there a need for forgiveness anyway? What have they done?
