War is such a terrible thing which results in deaths of many innocent people. Either way there will be lost of lives of friends, families, men, women and children from both sides. If only compromise is achieved. Do you think Karana's father should have compromised instead of insisting on the agreed payment? Do you think that should hav e been done to preserve the life of the tribe? Will there be other implications if he had done so?
