Good days would have come if only Karana's young brother, Ramo, had not forgotten his fishing spear and gone back to fetch it. The rest of the tribe, including Karana, board the ship in bad weather and rising seas. In an astonishing act of bravery, when Karana looks back to the cliff to see Ramo left behind, she jumps overboard and swims back to him.That time Karana was angry and mad at Ramo because she was strip of the dream of having move to a wonderful place for a better life.Feeling of punishing Ramo drive her to the beach but when she reach the shore she went to her knees and instead hugged Ramo.

'things would have gone differently' sounds awkward.
The following sentences sound awkward. Can you rephrase them? Check also for tense use and other grammatical errors.
(1) things would have gone differently
(2) that time karana was angry and mad at Ramo because she she was strip of the dream of having move to a wonderful place for a better life.
(3) Feeling of punishing Ramo drive her to the beach but when she reach the shore she went to her knees and instead hugged Ramo
I think the phrase 'in an astonishing act of bravery' was used appropriately here. Well done.
